No (personalized) information and/or promotional campaigns will be directed at you by postal mail if you have explicitly chosen not to be submitted to them.
(Personalized) information and/or promotional campaigns will only be directed at you by fax, e-mail and SMS/MMS messages if you have explicitly chosen to be submitted to them.

Furthermore we reserve the right to disclose any individual user information necessary to enforce or preserve our rights or pursuant to any lawful order.

By registering on Shurgards website or otherwise entering into business transactions as a customer of Shurgard, you confirm your approval of Shurgards processing of your personal data as described above and hereby consent to such processing as required by the Personal Data Protection Act (1998:204).
